The jummy way. Gisteren hebben Sarah en ik cupcakes gebakken and sure they were awesome (ask Ronny, Davy and Gwendolyn!) We volgden het recept dat op Gwendolyn haar blog stond : Er staat failproof en het is echt failproof! We had some jummy cupcakes indeed!
Voor jullie : een fotoreportage van ons cupcakegebak :
For awesome cupcakes you need :
125g of butter, 125g of sugar, 125g of self-rising flour and 2 eggs.
Oh, and add 2 spoons of milk. (The soup ones, not the tea ones (; )
And preheat your oven : 150°C
And what do you do with it?
you just mix the ingredients!
Tip : for mixing the butter : cut it in pieces (;
Butter + sugar = this ^
When it’s all mixed : Fill up your cute little papers!
Then put the cakes in the oven for like 15-20 minutes
( after 15 minutes look for them, if they’re ready … They’re ready .. if not check every minute (; )
And then you get this :
Then make the butter creme for the topping :
125 g butter and 200g powdered sugar and if mixing won’t go well : one little teaspoon of milk
Extra’s : Toppings and Food-coloring.
You mix the butter and sugar (and milk) and coloring and then you just go wild! :
